To support the launch of GrabFin, I led the creative direction for a heartfelt consumer-facing video designed to connect with the unbanked and underbanked populations in Southeast Asia. We told authentic stories from real GrabFin users, using personal narration and emotionally resonant visuals to show how access to financial tools can empower individuals and families. The video was crafted to build trust and awareness while reflecting the core values of accessibility and inclusion. It served as an inspiring introduction to what GrabFin could mean for everyday lives.
